Tech House is so proud to offer something unique: being your personal household IT assistants! For all the times your go-to tech friend or family member isn't around, or you're just baffled by the way your computer is acting, we'll be glad to help you.

You'll love how we're just a phone call away, your choice of remote or in-person servicing, and our 100% US-based customer care.

We've put a lot of time into keeping it simple. We have two options:

1) We keep your card on file, and you may utilize our expertise at any time for any reason at a rate of $40/hr (no minimum hours).

2)You may purchase billable hours in advance at a discounted rate at $30/hr. These hours will be kept track of and can be used at any time as per the agreement. These billable hours do not expire.

You may set permissions as to who in your house may (and may not) use them.

Set rates do have some wiggle room and some factors are taken into account. Call us or shoot us an email for details.

Plenty! We'll shift our focus to enabling your best work and following your lead. Some ways we'll be useful to you are:

• We have Account Managers for many big manufacturers. This is helpful when faced with particularly tricky problems or projects.
• Technology is a vast field. Nobody can know everything, and it's nice having a second set of eyes or opinions.
• Don't pay MSRP for hardware. You'll pay closer to warehouse prices than you thought was possible. Let us know what we can get for you.

We know the good feeling of holding the title "Household IT Person". It’d be great to work with you.

Being a trusted source means being upfront about tasks we cannot do. Below are some common job requests that we are not yet equipped for:

• We do not (usually) repair dead or broken screens, devices, or hardware. We're happy to take a look, though.
• Most car-related jobs, such as installing a new stereo or remote start.
• Tech House does NOT staff electricians. Anything regarding outlets, lighting, wiring in the walls, etc. should be redirected to a qualified electrician.

No, nothing fell off the back of a truck. There are a couple reasons we will almost always come out ahead on price against our peers.

1. Our business model allows us to sell most products under MSRP. Remember, the S in MSRP stands for suggested retail price, so there's usually wiggle room.
2. We have numerous partnerships with manufacturers and distributors, which gives us strong pricing options.
